One of our specialized designers will be in contact within 48 hours after the submission of your questionnaire.
Timeline
The typical turnaround time for custom pieces is 4-6 weeks. This allows us to ensure every detail is perfect and your piece is crafted to the highest standards.
STEP ONE
Response to Questionnaire & Scheduling Consultation (via phone or email)
After the submission of your questionnaire, one of our specialized designers will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your vision.
Our designer will then either schedule a video chat or a consultation in our showroom (depending on your preference).

STEP TWO
Initial Consultation - Vision, Preferred Stones & Settings (via phone or in person)
During our consultation, we will dive deeper into your design and preferred stones. Sometimes this takes a few consultations in order to choose and finalize stones — especially for engagement rings.
The initial deposit will be taken once you are thrilled and ready to move forward with a design and stones.
STEP THREE
CAD & Wax
Once we confirm your preferred setting and stones, we'll move forward with creating the CAD. Using advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, we generate a set of 3D images called renders, allowing you to see what your final piece will look like. This stage is where any design adjustments can be made easily.
Once you're satisfied with the CAD, we can either have our jeweler start crafting your custom piece or create a 3D wax model for you to try on. After you approve the CAD and wax, our jeweler will begin the process of bringing your custom design to life.
Please note, waxes must be tried on in person or be shipped to you.
STEP FOUR
Casting & Setting
Once the design is approved, our jeweler will begin crafting your custom piece.
Please note that our custom order queue typically has a 4-week turnaround time.
STEP FIVE
Completion
Once our jeweler completes your custom piece, you can either pick it up in store or we can ship it to you.
